By Decree No. 84-rp dated March 2, 2012, the President of the Russian Federation publicly commended Mr. Victor S. Veshchunov, Executive Director, Intersputnik International Organization of Space Communications, for high-performance achievements and long meritorious service.
A certification of commendation expressed by the President of the Russian Federation was delivered to Mr. Victor S. Veshchunov on June 29, 2012 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
