Ksenia Drozdova re-elected as Chair of Operations Committee

The Operations Committee of the Intersputnik International Organization of Space Communications decided to re-elect Ksenia Drozdova, Deputy Director General for Business Development at Russian Satellite Communications Company (RSCC), Chairperson of the Committee. Her term of office will continue for three years starting from June 15, 2020.

The Intersputnik Operations Committee reviews and in a speedy fashion makes decisions on matters related to Intersputnik’s activity. Operations Committee members are 25 Signatories including telecommunications entities appointed by the Member-Countries of Intersputnik. The Organization operates an international satellite telecommunications system, provides geostationary orbit and spectrum resource to telecommunications operators and corporate users as well as offers full-scale services aimed at establishing and using satellite telecommunications networks. Within the framework of its long-term cooperation with RSCC Intersputnik provides services to customers on Russian Express-series satellites.
