Executive Director Victor Veshchunov takes part in a meeting of legal subcommittee of UN COPUOS in Vienna

On April 3 – 6, 2011 Executive Director Victor Veshchunov took part in a meeting of the legal subcommittee of the UN Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space, where Intersputnik enjoys permanent observer status. Also, Mr. Veshchunov attended Perspectives for Space Law, an event held by the European Space Policy Institute and the Russian Federation, and devoted to the 50th anniversary of the UN Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space and the 50th anniversary of the first manned space mission. Both events took place in Vienna, Austria.
